Rebekah Kennedy BVMS(Hons) PhD Cert AVP DipEVDC(Equine) MRCVS

Beka graduated from the University of Glasgow in 2011 and spent the next two years in mixed practice. She then returned to the University of Glasgow Dental School and Hospital to undertake a PhD investigating the microbiological and immunological aspects of equine periodontal disease, successfully defending her thesis in 2016. In 2016 she also began a four-year Residency in Equine Dentistry at the University of Edinburgh and became a diplomate of the European Veterinary Dental College (EVDC) in 2022. Beka returned to the University of Edinburgh in April 2022 as a Lecturer in Equine Surgery and Dentistry.
